NFAIS Working Group: Best Practices in Article-By-Article Publishing

Mission:


The mission  of ther NFAIS Working Group on Article-b-Article publishing is to develop a draft code of practice and establish guidelines for the use of elements and metadata related to the publication, identification and delivery of electronic scholarly journal literature, with the ultimate objective of facilitating the digital publishing of one article at a time.
The Group shall tahen work with the NFAIS Board of Directors and other major organizations within the scholarly publishing community to reach agreement upon and implement a final code of practice intended to facilitate the rapid finadbility and ease of use of scholarly journal srticles for all who will benefit from them.
