Members who register three or more staff at the same time on or before January 8, 2010 pay only
$845 per person. The registration forms must be faxed together to NFAIS Headquarters (215-893-1564).

Requests for Registration Fee Refunds accepted until January 15, 2010. All refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Substitutes are accepted after the January 15th deadline upon notification of NFAIS™ Headquarters (phone 1-215-893-1561 or e-mail mmanson@nfais.org)
